The Vegas Matt collaboration was approached as a credibility and trust layer, not just influencer content. The creative needed to integrate his presence without overpowering the product or breaking the brand system.
I directed the visual language to ensure the influencer assets felt native to the product experience, aligning tone, colour, and hierarchy so that the referral message remained clear and credible.
Outcome:
The result was a recognisable and repeatable referral presence that supported ongoing acquisition efforts, reduced creative fragmentation, and made it easier for teams to deploy new raffles and collaborations without reinventing the wheel each time.
As the referral programme expanded, the creative system was refined to support new raffle mechanics, rewards, and placements. Rather than redesigning from scratch each time, the framework allowed the team to move quickly while maintaining consistency across product, marketing, and influencer touchpoints.
